A full breakfast is served from 6:00 am until 9:00 am Monday through Friday and from 7:00 am until 10:00 am on weekends. You may choose to enjoy your breakfast in the dining room or on the stone patio in our perennial garden. The buffet meal includes free-range eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, fruit, and an assortment of homemade breads. Of course, real maple syrup is offered, as well as home-made jams and jellies. While staying with us you may enjoy a walk to the Little Delaware river for fishing, take a ride on one of our two mountain bikes, or play volleyball or badminton. You may also help yourself to drinks and fresh fruit available at anytime in the kitchen. There is a comfortable living room with oversized leather chairs and couch. Enjoy a game of cribage or cards, or simply sit back and relax with a good book. While enjoying a relaxing walk on our fully matured landscaped property, you may also hear the beautiful St. James Episcopal Church bells chime. The church, just a brief walk across the street from Fisk House, holds masses at 8:00 am and 11:00 am on Sundays, and new faces are always welcome. A variety of locally-made maple syrup and jams and jellies are available for sale at The Fisk House.
